Yeah, although we don't have an HOA, the few renters in our little neighborhood don't seem to repsect the way things should be either. Well............ I'm a big supporter of rationally-enforced HOA rules. However, after spending the past four months living next door to Eva Braun, I can see where folks can become a bit stand-offish.
