Good thinking, and thanks.
Apparently these 370s (and 350s) have had oil consumption issues in some of the engines. Well looks like mine was one of them. the car got low on oil a couple thousand miles after an oil change at the nissan dealer and started making a clicking sound. I took it into a Nissan Dealer here in town and they told me it sounded like a spun rod bearing. Anyway they got in touch with Nissan who sent out a whole new engine, and replaced it under warranty. The whole process only took about a week and the car runs and sounds like new. The New engine carries on the same 80,000 warranty that the old did so no worries about that
I have all the documentation from inspection to oil changes to the warranty work.
