The Nismo diff is a clutch type(like the OSG), and one of the more obnoxious ones, reason being the use of metal clutch packs. Engagement comes on hard, and it makes noise in parking lots. Full lock turns will often mean leaving some tire on the pavement.

The engagement is adjustable, which is pretty neat. The clutch packs can be swapped out as well to move it from a 1.5-way (standard) to a 2 way diff if you are into that kinda thing.

It is the exact same one sold for the 350...you can find a lot of thoughts about it by searching. The takeaway most have had is it is too much for DD, but a solid track option...I haven't run one though.
