Lucky you that you have a garage, I will make sure the house I buy has a really nice garage/driveway and I will have to hit you up for advice on what tools/work benches to buy

yah, im not much of a house person (or into gardening) but i knew i had to have a decent sized garage so i looked for one with a wide 2.5 car garage.
3 car garage would've been even better but again, im not into houses or gardening so i decided to just get the one i have now and pay it off quick.
wife and i are almost done paying it off... if it wasnt for the crappy economy we have enough cash to pay off the house today, but dont want to use part of the savings we built up just in case something happens to one of us.
i dont plan on moving up to a larger house any time soon either. my neighbors are very cool (very important), kids school and afternoon programs are very good, nice quiet community as long as my indian neighbor down the street with a green yaris leaves me alone
, etc.
