Hrmmm, I think all cars are like that to some extent. About 1/2 the cars I have owned have that flutter with the AC. I think somehow crap gets in there, and interfaces with the fan.

How are body-noises, such as when you smack a pot-hole? Still like a piece of billet like when new, just *thump* and life goes on, or is it rattly now?

What other "noises" do you refer to?
