I am installing Swift Spec-R and SPC rear camber arms next week (if my clients leave me alone for a day).

My question is as follows and please forgive me if it is a dumb question. What are your recommended alignment settings? I do not track my car, but I do drive it as it is meant to be driven -- "spiritedly". Do I align to the book values?
