By your bottom line you do not want an Amuse kit then as it will add weight.
Many kits will add weight because they extend farther or wider than the stock body pieces, though with boost it really does not matter.

Stillen/Greddy/GTM kits come with all you need basically for the intake side. The Greddy kit will require you to purchase separately a few items like fuel system and injectors I believe. Hood looks good, other carbon fiber pieces, anything specific here? Again a lot of carbon pieces add weight because they are fiberglass CF wrapped and most of the body panels are already fairly light weight from factory. Now if you are going for the CF exterior look then that will work (look at UAM or CarbonSignal for fenders).

Wheels: Volk, Advan, SSR are all popular JDM brands that are lightweight and reliable

Suspension: Daily driver here? If so I would look at maybe KW3 as it provides a smooth ride but works very well on the track or canyon carving. If you want to go farther extreme you can look at TEIN Monoflex.
