I usually start with a standard set of settings for general circuit use and then tweak accordingly. I don't go so far as to make separate setups for different tracks, but many people do. Also, alot of the setup depends on how your drive, what type of controller you use, and whether you use any of the driver's aids.
That said, try this
I usually set the cambers settings to -1 front and rear, the front toe to + .1 and rear toe to -.1, and the caster to 5.5
The springs I set depending on the weight of the car and the traction of the tires -- higher weight and higher traction need higher spring rates, but the default values in the adjustable suspension are typically way too high. So I might start them out between 500 and 600.
The rebound and bump I leave close to their default for now, but I even them out a bit -- typically giving the rear slightly higher values.
I typically lower the diff settings to 40 accel and 35 decel -- these will be adjusted later depending on my stability going into and out of corners
I then do a few test laps around Camino Viejo (a good well-rounded track for testing that is also quick to select in the test drive menu) and adjust accordingly.
