NO,
Your UPS driver screwed up. Any package insured for over $1,000 is supposed to be signature required. I have heard of this happening a few other times as well.
I will address it with my UPS rep.
On a lighter note, I am glad to here the exhaust was still there. Once it is installed please do not hesitate to contact me with any feedback that you may have...
