The same reason there are 2 cats on the Z already... You're asking all of that exhaust to go through 1 cat. Unless you're talking a 3" pipe back... You're going to have a lot of restriction at the cat entry point. And that backfill will prevent flow... and thus, neutralize power. That's great that you get it out of the engine efficiently, but it's just like on the highway asking all of that to go to 1 cat. Back up is inevitable.
