My insurance dropped $60 a month also, go figure. I didnt consider a stang too much until i drove it. It had that extra punch that i wanted. And the stang is so easy to gain more power from. The 5.0 responds so well to a CAI & tune. The power increase is really noticeable. The Z is fun to drive but is a little to small and a little short on power in comparison. Its hard to know all these things that come up from a test drive. You find out more later through ownership. If i could i would've liked to have both. The build quality on the Z is better but it falls short on bang for the buck. Ford did good with this new 5.0. Lots of power, quality of the stang has improved overall. It drives smooth soaks up all the bumps and doesnt rattle my teeth. Am i getting old?...lol. I have always been a mustang guy had many different sports cars but this one just fills the void. It took a lot of mods to get my 1990 gt to go as fast as the new 5.0 does out of the box. But for now pretty happy with my stang. Hopefully i wont have to get rid of it like my last stang. I dont see that happening my student loans are all paid off.

So well said man. I think for the most part, that's why we all jumped ship. Things come up during normal life that makes us realize it's time to move on to another car.
As far as insurance though, mine stayed the same How much are you guys paying? Mine is like 60 a month total.... same for both Z or 5.0.
