The Procharger kit is anywhere from $5-6k depending on which one you choose. It is all bolt-on. Not sure what any additional supporting mods would cost if you need any. Depends on your desired power level I guess.

Re: tires... 245-275 will fit a 9" wide rim with no issues. 285 is slightly out of spec, but it seems to be OK.
