Oh... and yea the plastic pear? Its one of those dinner table center piece fruit basket things that isn't real fruit. It was plastic fruit. And apparently he thought it would be a good idea to use a pear.
I thought to myself.... he does realize that pears are BIG at one end and skinny at the other... so like an arrow or a fish hook, this thing will go in a lot easier then it will come out.
A surgeon had to remove it with Forceps ( the kind they use to extract babies during birth)
The problem is that during birth the cervix dilates, the anal sphincter..... not so much.
The pear was bloody.
