I used a similar site for Forza 3. Both site are based on the same formulas so they should give the same results.

The roll-bar and bump settings still carry over pretty well, but I think the difference in the tire modeling has made the spring rates they show outdated. I typically need to bump the spring rates up around 30% from what they show. Also the differential settings are way too high for my tastes.
