Wow, a Vegas resident. Thanks mate for answering.
In your case, you paid the NV tax on the car so the state of Nevada didn't feel they are cheated on the profit off the sale. In my case though, I'll have bought it from CA and will have paid the tax to CA state THEN I'll take it to Vegas and I would like to know how they "feel" about that (penalty wise).
