this really isn't a huge deal. My 370z gets maybe 2mpg better than my Camaro both in town and on the hwy. The only time I see worse mileage in the Camaro is when I'm putting the pedal to the floor. When you are agressive you can acutall watch the needle move. Still, with normal driving the Z isn't much better than the Camaro. Also if you want something thats both faster and better with mileage then get a Vette. Our old C6 Vette would get far better mpg's (30+ on hwy) and obviously faster than the Z or Camaro.

Also, it's always been my point of view that gas mileage shouldn't even come up when talking about buying a performance car. If you want peformance you have to pay to play. Simple as that. Then again I'm a little old school in my thoughts about cars; like not talking on a phone or eating when driving.
