Guys and Gals, just thought I would share a quick customer service experience for those of you considering a HFC in your Fairlady's future. I ordered ERZ HFC yesterday at 1pm...because the order was over the phone I think they made a mistake on my email address, so I did not get any confirmation of the order. Anyway, I sent an email to them at 1145pm their time, and I got a response from a real freaking person. The guy told me that he personally shipped my order and asked me to call tomorrow for my shipping number. This day and age, that is outstanding customer service. I'm not knocking BERK or any other vendor, as I have had no experience with them, just giving my buck o' five on this relatively new manufacturer in our NISSAN HFC market. +1 for Thomas and the ERZ customer service team
