You are looking at a Factory Team Car, which is usually only available to racing teams, for example, it is like BMW selling their BTCC 320 RACE CAR to general public.

A BTCC 320si is much more $$$ than a street-version M3, but less horsepower.

Same idea in here for this NISMO RC.
