yea and what people dont understand is there is no point on hand washing a car with
shitty swirled up paint. Hand washing (properly) is just to prevent swirls and cause as little damage to the paint as possible while washing, which is when most swirls/scratches are actually created. Once a car is all swirled might as well just take it to the auto car wash, because it's not going to look any better until its clayed/polished.
