Based on a friend's experience with his Genesis, Hyundai has a ways to go quality and support-wise. His 2010 model was in the shop for a WEEK waiting for a replacement master cylinder. It's not the first time it's sat in the shop waiting for routine parts. The car now has 16k miles on the odometer.

No loaner car, no free detailing, nothing. I think the problem is they are trying to sell Lexus/Infiniti level cars in the same shop that is pushing out $10k econo boxes.
