the meals are small, esp for a girl. I know you are not trying to powerlift or anything like that, but a meal could be a small chicken breast and some veggies and for some healthy fat, some olive oil on the chicken.

Each meal should contain 40-50% protein, 30% carbs, and 20-30% good fats.


Oh, and while "technically" machines count as resistance training, free weights are better, much much MUCH better!
