I test drove a Nismo before I bought my Sport coupe. I didn't feel the power difference was worth the added cost, especially when you add in mods that will be done. The one piece of advice I would offer though is that if you are hoping to buy a faster car to teach you to drive better, save yourself some money and buy cheaper. That way you will only be out 35K if you total it

. Also all the Z34's have terrible blind spots, not just the Nismo. Whatever you choose you'll have a great time with your Z.
