hmm, well, if you are only planning on street driving, no track time, then cross drilled rotors are fine, but they are more suseptible to cracking if you start tracking your car so I'd recommend slotted, j hook, or even just smooth (like oem) rotors instead.

I'd do lines/pads/fluid and stay on stock rotors till they're done, upgrade the sways and if you ever plan on tracking the car, add an oil cooler.
