1.7 total toe is really bad (0.85 per side), that will chew through tires pretty quick. You'll have some excess wear in 150 miles but it won't totally destroy the tire. I would avoid high speed and fast cornering.

Usually they can compromise camber to correct toe given that it is a 4-link rear, however I would just install the toe bolts and get it done correctly. You might even be able to get them to install the toe bolt for next to nothing when re-doing the alignment.
