Nissan 370Z Forum - View Single Post - Any tall guys using a bucket seat for helmet clearance?

Sitting fairly upright and with the seat adjusted to its lowest setting, I have a 1 finger gap between my head and the roof (I'm 6'2") so there's no way I'm fitting in a helmet for track days. Instead of drilling my seat to the floor, is there anyone that's using a bucket seat and finding enough clearance that way? I preferably want 3" of headroom. Thanks
