Very nice rifle. First class.
If you don't have a rear sight for it, I'd be inclined to recommend a Magpul MBUS if you're on a budget or a Troy fold-down if you're not. If you've played Modern Warfare Black Ops, you've seen the Troy rear sight. (Note however, that in Black Ops, that Troy sight is installed backwards on all the rifles.) Shoot it with the irons to get the feel of the gun, then start considering more robust optics.
You might want to consider a sling. There's not a quick-detach on the MOE stock, but you can strap into the rear slot. Other option is to replace the end-plate with a Noveske quick-detach plate. They're pretty cheap at $24, but you'd need a stock wrench to pull the buffer tube and replace the endplate. On the front, I use a Mount-n'-slot attached to the rear of the MOE handguard on my MOE-based SBR. You could attach to the front sling swivel, but I'll bet you find mounting the sling there annoying as it will get in the way of your support hand.
