Yeah, md sucks. It makes carrying in va dangerous too, because you can wind up in md pretty easy.
Alabama is pissing me off though. They won't issue me a resident permit, because I don't spend all my time here. I also can't carry with reciprocal state's permit...because I spend too much time here.
