If you show them you are lawyering up, they will definitely get their butts in gear very quickly. It is probably an administrative mistake that you don't show up as comprehensive/full insurance, but that does not make it any better.
When you show them you are serious (insert lawyer), most of these companies will settle BEFORE you actually sue them.
