i fill up when prices are extremely low.. other then that there isnt much you can do.
you can drive super slow and lay off the gas, but then its no fun.

But prices these days are very weird. they change a lot throughout the day. Also, a gas station few blocks away might have different prices. i started noticing that about 2 weeks ago.
