I'm not sure if you have even come close to answering my question.
It isn't an OEM 370z part so the plastic engine cover may not bolt right on to this. Just confirming whether or not it will. I'm sure the 350 has a different mounting style for their cover.
I think the black plate that they supply is pretty ugly...
