I manage a glass shop up in Canada and may know what the problem is. There could be two issues I can think of that are somewhat common on improper installs.
First off, some windshields have a small foam barrier that fits between the dash and the glass. It is used to prevent a squeaking noise from road vibrations. Some installers will cut this off as it's quite difficult to line up and can look bad if not done properly.
The other thing may be related to the cowl. I've never had mine off so i'm not sure how it's fastened down but if a clip is broken or fractured it can rattle or vibrate from the air pressure when driven and can be quite annoying.
Hope this helps!
