Yeah with 100K suddenly appearing, paying off any existing car notes and/or putting most of it down paying off the rest of a house note would be priority 1. Assuming you don't have a car note to worry about and fully own your primary residence....

I'd probably pay AM Performance to give my 370Z some of their basic royal treatment (strip the car down and seam weld it and cage it, like they did for their racecars), and then go nuts on other racing upgrades for it (aero, lightweight body stuff, suspension). Maybe a GTM supercharger kit too while you're at it. And save a chunk to pay for a continuous supply of tires and track incidents
