And again with the entry level thing, my car cost 53K. Thats more than a 5 series. Not entry level. I didnt buy it for the badge either.
As for the AZ roads.. here is a sample of the roads here..
I tried to do a whole video of the raods where I live but something is going on with YouTube and Im going to try to upload it from a different computer..

Looks nice. I moved back to AZ, have yet to update my profile. I like the cruise through DC Ranch, or a run up Tatum, through carefree and back down Scottsdale road. Or a run from Scottsdale to Rio Verde can be very sporting.
Anyways, for me, BMW will always be the perfect of luxury and performance. Some cars will do either one better, but the BMW has always had the perfect match. Infiniti directly markets against BMW. They come close, but IMO the honors still go to BMW.
The Nissan Z is just a focused sports car. They are not meant to compete with each other, but BMW dropped a gem of an engine in, so I understand the urge.
The 3 series is BMW's bread and butter and most of the models sold are to entry level yuppies, 328s leased. At the top end of the spectrum, BMW has never been able to match Mercedes. The 8 series flopped and never gained share against the SL/CL. The S class as I mentioned is still the car of choice for foreign governments. Merc has the status, but they as of yet have never been able to produce a C class comparable to the mighty 3.
Enjoy your BMW's. They are great cars. Does not mean you have to troll on a car that isn't direct competition. That is what the G is for. It's heavier, your cars have a far better engine, so go flame on them
