My vehicle's not stolen. I've never even been arrested. Why do
I need to be identified? I'd say in my neck of the woods (especially Manhattan Beach) where cops definitely use those things, stolen cars are rare rare rare. All sorts of other revenue however... well I guess it's just that much easier to figure out who's tags are out. Cheap.
