Easy. On a Scale of 1-10 I'd give it a 2.
As long as you know how to properly disassemble the dash, and crimp the right wires together, it's really simple.
The hardest part is with the Metra Dash kit for a Double Din install, but if you just reuse your stock bracket, it's a synch.
