The water under your car when you run the AC is condensation running off. Basically it's atmospheric moisture that your AC components have drawn out of the air and dripped off onto the ground. It will mostly come from somewhere near the front of the passenger door on the underside of the car.

Coolant leaks are bad, hopefully you don't have one of those. I tend to use the taste test when I'm unsure: dip your finger in what you think is just AC condensation and taste it. If it tastes like water you're ok. If it tastes like coolant you're in trouble
