Performance first, imo. But as a few have said if you are goin visual get rims first. Those base wheels would look laughable paired w an Amuse kit. There is NOTHING I hate more than a car w a full body kit rollin on stock wheels
Plus, you gotta BE fast before you LOOK fast. My advice, performance mods before visual. Trust me the performance will be much more fulfilling and fun.
