Thanks for the feedback. I'll give them the rest of the month to reply.
I should have read the website information more thoroughly before ordering. It says and I quote "Do not assume any product is on hand; They receive a lot emails and can be slow to respond; and finally; You have to keep calling until someone answers the phone".
If no update by the end of 1 month I'll do as was suggested here and dispute the charges on my CC. The worse part of this, is having to wait now to actually put the HFCs on my Z.
