Being a witness could help someone be put away for doing wrong. It's not trouble when your doing the right thing and being a good citizen.

Okay I just wanted to touch on this, I work with a lot of former cops and I ask them questions all the time. The one thing is when you see them with their lights on the camera is rolling. Most law enforcement agencies now monitor everything they do so they are not joy riding or ******* off. What you might see is a cop responding to a call speeding in traffic then half way through it get taken off the call in which he/she resumes normal operating procedures. Not saying that there might not be some goofing off with some departments that are smaller and have yet to upgrade their vehicles. They are supposed to be role-models but in today's society the law enforcement officer knows the people he/she has swore to protect will also be the ones that screw him/her over.
