Funny enough they said one other guy was waiting for the oil cooler too (I was waiting longer at 3+ months). Is it the same dealership? LOL.
I did talk to the guys there and they said that they couldn't wrap the lines to get rid of the noise as it would void the warranty or some crap. =( That was a bit lame but the sound doesn't bug me THAT much so I will live.

It is not difficult to wrap them yourself. When I installed my oil cooler, I bought about 4 feet of heater hose that has the same ID as the oil cooler lines' OD. I slit the hose length-wise and cut it into sections. I wrapped and zip tied the hose pieces everywhere the oil cooler lines touched anything -- maybe 3 places total.
I did not do it to elimiate noises, but to prevent any chafing of the lines against other parts.
