My understanding is that they built 1,000 for Canada and the US and 120 of those went to Canada. A quick look at the VIN versus build number in the list above indicates some correlation; specifically, the higher the VIN, the higher the build number. It looks like build #1 is possibly VIN 501633. I wonder if the European Quartz coloured 40th anniversary cars were built intermixed with the North American ones, so that there are gaps in the sequence of VINs, if you know what I mean. I'll be interested in what your analysis found. I think most of the Canadian ones are A7, while all the US are M6, so the Canadian A7s mave have been on a different production line.
