i think you can apply leather conditioners to help the situation (not if your leather seats is like a suede which i dont think it is)

for leather i use Griot's LeatherCare Spray. it's a super easy to apply conditioner/QD for your leather seats. it dries to a nice matte finish and very easy to apply. spray into a MF towel (or any applicator towel of your choice) and gently massage into the seat. it dries quickly too. my G's seats are leather.
