I'll take your word that the dealer didn't lift the car properly and may have caused the paint chip, but the dealer has already given you a new rim for something that wasn't their fault. That's at least a $700 value if you have the sport package. They have also replaced 3 sets of splash gaurds for you, when they probably haven't had to replace one set for anyone else. Replacing the rim was above and beyond the call of duty. I have curb rsash on one of mine, and I would never dream of asking the dealer to replace it gratis. I think the dealership is at the point where they would like to wash their hands of you. I think you're on your own with the paint chip. You can make all of the complaints you want to Nissan or the BBB, but once the dealer shows all of the documentation of what they have done for you already I don't even think you will get a response.
