Most detailing sprays work fine on plastic and rubber, however avoid getting any on carpet, cloth, suede, or leather. I use quick detailer to wipe down the dash, gauges and hard plastics almost after every drive along with a quick vacuum. I know, I have a bit of OCD haha.
However, it will not leave a dressed look and will not really treat and protect plastic and rubber like a dedicated dressing such as 303 Aerospace Protectant will so there are limitations to using quick detailing in that manner.
