M3s or those Alpins.

The Alpins are going to be the better tire for when it's dry out but still cold. They are a lot sportier and will still do well in light snow.

The Dunlop M3s will be better in light snow but won't be as responsive in the dry.

So it really depends on what is more important to you. Snow performance or overall cold weather peformance. Either tire is going to be significantly better in snow than any all-season.
