I have the Dunlop WinterSport M3s and am very pleased with them. They do well in light snow (5" or less) and are pretty good on dry pavement (as long as it's cold). Any more snow than 5" though and you probably won't go anywhere. With the Z the limit will probably be 4" due to ground clearance.

I recommend putting a good bit of extra weight over the drive wheels as well.
