I would suggest using the slip on spacers for the rear. There's no reason you would have to pound the studs out since a 20mm spacer in the rear isn't exactly aggressive.
Even the front isn't difficult, just take the wheels off and spray down the rotors and studs with some PB blaster the day before if you can.
