Correct this has been asked many time or more plainly asked "can i replace bose speakers with new speakers without changing anything else" No you can not.

Stock Bose/Nav+new sub/amp

You are only going to be able to run new speakers if you run them threw a new head unit or new amp threw a re-q5. The stock speakers are "i think" 8 ohms speakers 5 ohms or 4 ohms woofers. Plus your not going to have a full signal output from your bose amp to go to the new crossover it has dedicated tweeter outs and woofer outs.
