Default Gauge install complete

DIY-Water Temp Gauge

Well after a couple of weeks I finally got my Oil Pressure and Water Temp gauge installed. Now I have a peace of mind having a oil pressure gauge and a better accurate water temp gauge. I'd like to give thanks to Forged Performance and Z1 Motorsports for for my parts and suggestion on the install. So nice to have two great shops in one state.

I will have video up tomorrow.

I chose the AEM gauges due to great cost and being a reputable company.

Also you will notice the one off custom cubby hole plate I made. Also had it powder coated in wrinkle black by Mike (THEPOWDERCOATER.COM). Thanks for the suggestion and work.

Oil Pressure Setup

Most might have seen spearfish25 oil pressure setup (DIY: Oil Pressure Gauge). First thanks for the great DIY. Made it so easy.

But so far as the mounting of the sensor I went a different route (more expensive though). I bought a Greddy sandwich plate that is stacked on to my already GTM thermostat plate. Even though I got this I still had to purchase a BSPT male to NPT female adapter from Autometer to make them work together ben that the Greddy (Japan are BSPT threads) and AEM ( US are NPT threads). Will see in pics below.

Water temp gauge is pretty cool addition for it's defiantly more accurate than the stock one. I bought it due to I thought it would be more funtion along with having two gauges in the cubby hole giving that overall look.
