To top it off, they didn't even have a Z for me to test drive that wasn't a roadster (very unprofessional dealership). Long story short, I found the perfect dealership for Z enthusiast here in Houston, Baker Jackson North. I'm just waiting for Nissan to release the pre- order list for the 2012 model, there's a shortage of Z's here in Houston, a bunch of roadsters available though.

You know the funny thing is the exact same thing happened to me, I went to a dealership in CT (Harte Nissan) and all they had for me to test drive was a roadster as well, I guess the shortage of vehicles because of the tsunami in Japan was to blame, but that was one of the main Nissan dealerships in CT, if they didn't have them I don't know who would. That dealership also told me it might be about 3 to 4 months till we get any coupes. So I contacted dealerships outside CT, and then I found one in Philly and NJ. Finally went with the one in NJ (since it was the color i wanted, red) went down on a Monday put in a deposit and picked it up the following Saturday. The people there were really nice, Classic Nissan in NJ, would recommend them to anyone around the NJ, NY, CT area.
